Ingredients: Unbleached enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid) butter, water, fresh whole milk, sugar, eggs, yeast. salt, wheat gluten, ascorbic acid, enzymes.
Applications: Used for retail sales, cafés, coffee service, and breakfast buffets.
Storage Conditions: Frozen at 0ºF or less. Spread pieces on parchment paper. Do not prove. Thaw 60 minutes in cup before baking. Bake in cup at 350ºF or until dark golden brown, typically 22-26 minutes. Adjust baking times to account for your specific oven. Allow to cool completely.
